i have an iPhone and i think that was an interesting idea poorly executed. they shouldn't give up on weird design ideas just yet. the iPhone and a lot of other phones these days are beginning to look like they've settled on designs that they're content with, rather than exploring the design space for something that might be nicer.

i'm sick of lazy or cheap companies.

honestly I think that was some poor workaround to the antenna and/or manufacturing process. And it was a committe of industrial designers. A bunch of kaki wearing faggots with no direction and using some broad guidelines can fuck something up like this.

A lot of people don't realize what the glass back is for. It's for comfort from heat.
The whole motherboard is right under the glass panel and the battery is everywhere else.

As I said, I never thought it was a design choice as much as some actual necessity due to technical reasons. Still looks like shit and the team of designers are lazy as fuck.
Your engineers tell you thet they need that there and the shitheads in the design team need to man up and look for a way to get that into the design of the actual cell phone without looking bad or that it doesn't belong. If they can't do that, like in this case, the phone might as well be made just by engineers and the other pussies should've stayed home watching their wife get fucked by a random black dude, because they are useless.
