you could also get a $300 xrgb mini and scale it 1080p over hdmi. or a cheaper line doubler like a dvdo iscan+ v2 and output vga at 480p

OP here in the end I used this cable which works flawlessly on my television with RCA, I just have to check if the audio works as well...
