Hi, been here for a while and I've seen /g/ changing over the course of time. I'm wondering how many of the original /g/ community are still here?
Please reply with the year you started browsing /g/

The end of 2014 or the start of 2015, not sure exactly, either one of those.
>>58420238
Just 2014. We are all newfags.
>>58420238
>started last year
>fell for AYYMD MEMES
>fell for G403 memes
>start shilling Snapdragon processors for everything out of spite
fuck you /g/, even /pol/ makes better arguments sometimes.
>>58420248
Yeah, same here.
>>58420315
G403 is actually good if you get one that doesn't have the rattle issues.
2009, /g/ is just as trash today as it was then, just with different memes and shitposters

2012
discovered /g/ through first browsing /pol/.
If am honest I think the amount proper threads have diminished over time. It's all about consumer products and customizing it. No real CS talk.
Fired up a few threads about some cool subject. Only got 5 replies or so and archived afterwards.
I don't remember exactly when I started posting, but basically from the start.
Nothing has really changed, it's still the same shithole it always was. If anything, I miss the real hardware/electronics threads and not just "which gaymen GPU do I install/shill"
