unless you're computer uses wifi exclusively or live in a thirld world country, arch wont take more than 30 minutes to install

Read the installation guide. If you can understand it then the installation should only take around 10 min.

Why does it have to be Arch? Why not something that actually has an installer?
just follow a guide on a google it'll take less then 20 minutes to get the base system installed and maybe an additional 30 minutes to get the de/wm set up.
