It's not the Windows scaling, it's rather software (like speccy) using antique APIs. Microsoft just didnt make the cut like Apple. But they really can't blame software developers either as plenty of the more advanced Windows tools also don't scale correctly.

I think too. I recommend my friend a TriX 290 and hes lucky as fuck with it. Also only 70° in a shit case without airflow. This old 5850 usually went over 90°. I would not buy anything except Sapphire for AMD.
