Got a lost Surface Pro 3 from my cousin. Trying to restore to factory so I can use it. However, it needs a Windows 8.1 factory image and all Microsoft is letting me download is W10. What should I do?

All apps upgraded to Windows 10 "UWP" app model so they no longer work on Windows 8. Don't bother and just install 10
