I'm just trying my new RX 480 8GB with Vanilla Skyrim modded using just about half a dozen graphical mods and it doesn't crawl above 30 fps on 1080p.
What is the cheapest graphics card that would enable you to run with hundreds of mods at a steady 1080p 60 fps like pic related?

Use less retarded mods. Also what's your CPU?

this senpai

I'm hoping that's just a random pic you pulled off the Internet and not a screenshot. That pic looks like someone chugged the colors of the rainbow in paint then vomited all over the screen.

1) skyrim is mostly CPU-bound
2) original skyrim runs like shit. get the special edition and you'll run those mods easily.

but special edition has a smaller library for mods, right?

kinda. a large number of the gfx mods have been ported, QoL mods have been ported as well. The problem is that skse hasn't been yet (has to get ported to 64 bit, that's a fair amount of coding) and so SkyUI hasn't been ported either. I'm doing fine with my game, but skyui and some of the larger mods that require skse would make it much more comfy.

can you even run enb on se
if not then it's literally worthless
>>58381814
Yeah, i have enb running on mine.
>>58380459
Literally none.
Wait for the 1080ti

overclock your shit to catch up to skylake IPC
>>58380459
your ram is too slow
while you're waiting on skse to go 64 bit, install the 32 bit skyrim and only add the Enderal mod.
granted i've only played it an hour but it seems legit.

You're the kind of sad little person who probably waits all day long for the opportunity to do this. I pity you and how boring a life you must have.
