Strava is the best for cycling if you like to asynchronously compete with people on "segments" they've created in your area. It supports any other exercise but not as fully as cycling. It's also very good at auto-pausing recording when you stop during rides.
If you don't give a fuck about that, RunKeeper works well. The auto-pause feature isn't as good.
