Think I might have found the best cross platform password manager. Am i wrong? If so, why and what's better?

Keeweb has a Keepass Mac client.
They also have a browser client, so you can pretty much open a keepass file from your browser.

I've come across this before but it's not available on iOS unfortunately
It is pretty good I think. Biggest thing is to guard your Master password very well. If that leaks out, then anything using those generated passwords should be considered compromised.
Of course, that is true with KeePass as well, but the thing is, the attacker would need your database as well as your password. With MPW, they only need your name and password.
Both KeePass and MPW are good, pick whichever one suits you better.

The website lists an ios client. https://github.com/davidjb/pass-ios#readme

Some fair points there. Maybe I should skip that and pick one with a database.
