I remember trying to remove this message and everyone said it was impossible without changing to a basic theme. I get it all the time even with my gtx 1080 when alt-tabbing

OP, do you only have 4gb of ram? If so that is likely why.

This happened to me with 16GB of RAM Core i7 4790 and GTX 760 in some games
