I got this dell xps 8500, and it cant run DOOM for shit, 18-35 fps

what should I upgrade next on it to give me the most frames

i7 3.6 GHz

8gb ram

2gb Gddr5

Probably not, your board is more than likely fine.

Just make sure your power supply can support the graphics card before hand.
