>>58349675

>Using ASRock
>Not using Asus or Gigabyte
>wew lad
>>58349922
>Using Asus
>>58349675
The only thing thats different is,
Its more shiny
It doesnt have an arrow backwards
That part in the mid is golden
Everything else is exacly equal jfc
>>58349933
>Not using Asus
Am I the only one who thinks ASRock is a poorly chosen name?
>>58349959
Nope
>>58349922
I had an Asus Mobo once, it crapped out on me after three years.
>>58349959
I always read it ASSrock
>>58349675
transmission is developed under the gpl and MIT licenses plus if you check you will see the icon they use is a front view
so its not a direct rip off but surely inspired
>>58349675
UEFI really was a motherfucking mistake.
>>58349922
It's a temporary build, I just bought the cheapest motherboard that supported my form factor and CPU.
>needing all this fucking bloat and eyecandy for a BIOS setup utility
>>58350032
Is there any doubt about it?
Is there any argument FOR uefi actually?
>>58350032
>>58350065
It's even animated, the stars twinkle.
>>58350074
Yes, you dumb clown
>>58350065
>Not wanting to have a native OS
Its like you don't like nice things
>>58350125
You're dumb
>>58349956
Asus is actually awesome, my 10yo motherboard is still going strong, no issues.
Every ASROCK board I've ever had has shit itself within a year.
>>58350209
I had an Z77 Extreme4 mobo that lasted fine..
You guys seem to treat your equipment like shite
>>58349956
Same desu I just changed to a Gigabyte board because My ASRock board that I was running comepletely fucked itself.
List of Issues:
-The IGPU refused to disable and thus interfered with my GPU
-The USB 3 ports and header wouldn't stay connected for longer than 5 minutes
-It fried my CPU because it had shitty power distribution
All of these issues kept happening even after I had it replaced with another one (warranty lel). ASRock never again.
>>58349922
>not getting a board with a fuckload of sata ports that doesn't cost your left nut
Asrock is pretty based.
>>58350303
Lel only 3 of those ports were SATA3 so the rest may as well not have been there.
>>58350315
Yeah because HDDs totally saturate SATA II's 3Gb/s connection
>>58350209
>Asus is actually awesome, my 10yo motherboard is still going strong,
My consumer tier laptop will be 10 years old.
It's nothing spectacular really, it just tells you a lot about how the hardware manufacturers are jewing.
>>58349956
>Not using MSI
Motherfucker it's like you don't want a good PC
>>58350065
Most underrated pic I've ever seen on this board.
>>58350015
Look at their website.
i thought asus, asrock and pegatron were all the same company?
HOLY SHIT
ARE YOU TELLING ME
PEOPLE NEED
A FUCKING UI TO USE THEIR BIOS
INSTEAD OF JUST MORSE CODING VOLTS INTO THE MAINS ON THE BACK OF THE SERVER RACK?
LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL
Last time I owned an ASRock mobo it got rekt by a USB plasma ball, never went back
>>58350631
>hi im a gaymer and proud
>>58349922
>>58350315
I got 10 SATA3 ports from ASRock. Thanks ASRock.
>>58350749
ASRock is a subsidiary of Pegatron. Pegatron used to be a Subsidiary of ASUS. Today ASRock is separate from ASUS and no longer acts as a budget/experimental brand for them.
Though their products tend to be still budget/experimental.
>>58350065
I missed the Uriel-posting.
>>58352054
