HELP

Recently ordered these bluetooth rgbw lights. Everything works fine but when i go to connect the lights to my phone it ask for a pin/passkey. The directions mention nothing about a pin and I've literally tried everything: clearing cache, force stopping bluetooth app, etc. Im running Android 6.0 on LG G4. Pls help :(

Have you tried stock passkeys? Sometimes 1111 or 0000 is the default for somethings
