first you get the addon
then you create a folder
then you add that folder to the addon ( i trust you to not be to retarded to fail at that)
then in hydrus
file->manage import folders -> add -> {insertName} ->ok -> fill out extensive questionnaire -> ok
that should be it if i didn´t forget anything

hydrus is pretty much your own booru + it has a client and doesn´t rely on some shitty web-based ui
