who knows, that's the problem with A10. most of the time you have no idea of the revision number of mobo till you get it. Some mobos let you update the bios from a usb on boot. but almost all FM2+ don't which means you either need an A6/A8 or someone who does. else your fucked. AMD apu series was never really popular.

If it were spending sub 500 on a computer I'd make Dell or someone build it for me.
You could compromise on the HDD for an SSD. Even if you get a small shitty one for your boot drive the extra speed should be worth it.
