Did a clean install of Windows 10 on my girlfriend's consumer grade Asus laptop.

The DVD drive shows up in device manager but does not show up in the file manager and is incapable of reading discs.

Similar shit happened to me last week. DVD drive in mom's ASUS laptop just suddenly disappeared. It reappeared two days later and I still have no fucking idea how or why it happened.
