Keepassx which is OS independent.

I'm using it on Arch, it works great. Copying passwords directly to clipboard and clearing it after a couple of seconds is useful af.
And it's also easy to backup, it even has git integration IIRC, it's all safe wherever as long as your private key is separate and safe.
