With my jailbroken Kindle Goyage I can:

- Display detailed battery info
- Use covers or any picture as screensaver
- Use a better pdf reader
- Eventually hack together a VNC enabled eink monitor.

Yeah, the built in one is functional but there is a better one (I think based on an opensource project for a Kobo pdf reader).

it's slow AF and you have to use kindlecomicconverter or something else. This supports CBZ natively and is optimized for archives and PDF, and also has the fast scroll feature with exrta storage and a better indexing system.

Also, it's interface defaults ot wapanese but you can change it to english.
