Why are small ssds so expensive? The prices don't seem to go down even though you have so many companies producing them. You always hear in the news that SanDisk made a 2tb ssd, toshiba made this and that. How about you make an entry level 120 gig ShitShitDisk cheaper you fuuuuuucks

Apparently there's a massive shortage of RAM and SSDs at the moment.
They can't produce enough of them for a while to come and this in turn is making the prices climb like crazy.
It's mainly the phone market is sucking up all of the resources.
So we'll probably see real price drops at the end of this year, not before it.
