As someone who owns ATE-S (don't like them), the rock zircons (like the sound but the QC in the factory is terrible, I've had two pairs and they both came with minor sound balance faults (one earpiece would sound different than the other), and the soundmagic E10s I have to say that while the E10 doesn't sound as good as the zircons, they are much more durable.

Not the same guy. But looking at the picture on google (nice mixer), I would say that since it has 4 XLR inputs and a button specifically labeled "phantom" which turns on the power on those XLR inputs, then you should be good to go. My Yamaha MG10XU has the same setup.

You can probably "send" the mixer signal via the usb-out like you said (the mixer is a functioning sound card), but in a pinch, you can also take the mixer's analog-out and channel that to your existing sound card (3.5mm mic in or signal in).
