SCP has been the DualShock gold standard for years now, it's so good ds4windows even uses it in the backend (eg https://github.com/Jays2Kings/DS4Windows/blob/jay/DS4Windows/DS4Control/ScpDevice.cs)

I never actually heard of ds4windows before but it looks like it's just a different frontend for SCP, I never had issues with SCP though so can't really see the point of it.
