Does anyone know what this part is, or ideally where a PDF datasheet can be found?

The best I can tell is:

AliExpress shows some very similar-looking parts, so I imagine my transcription is correct, but I can't find a datasheet that actually matches it.

OP here. Thanks for the confirmation! MCU was my guess, too, due to all the pins available. Kind of surprised to see one in this device though.
