I personally prefer reduced bluelight once the sun goes down. Yes, the colors become inaccurate. Your preference may vary.

Making your screen yellow doesn't change the fact you still need blue light to make anything look remotely white on your screen.
It doesn't help your eyes, it doesn't make you sleep better.
You have no proof of this either. The only "proof" you have are studies saying that blue light keeps you awake, not anything about computer displays with f.lux/.
