AMD got rid a shitload of their debt recently as well as (iirc) pushing the date back when they have to repay the remaining amount. Given their recent securing of several long term contracts in china investor confidence in AMD is high.

Alas as this does not fit into the narrative /g/ believe in due to /g/ simply being /v/ with less content these facets are ignored.

Could anything happen? Sure but thats true for any company. The main point is those that spend the big money investing in AMD are liking what they see and are continuing to invest.
