Nah, but I did email the dev, tl;dr is they don't bother because it's insecure either way. The reasoning was, if I remember well, "well if sonebody can access stored files, you're fucked either way so why put it in ram", which is complete bullshit, finding and snatching files or keys from ram is more difficult than remotely dicking around with a file explorer or doing recovery of deleted files.
Maybe it's fixed by now, it has been a year since we talked.
