so use a usb as a live OS

Solutions i have tried
1. Install windows to usb
Failed, windows will not see a usb in the installer
2. Use cmd from the live disk to install windows to usb
Failed, it wont make the usb bootable, crashes cmd if i try
3. Just run linux
Cant find a way to put the installation media onto a usb and make it bootable from my phone

Grab a Linux kernel image with an efistubloader and the initramfs built in. Put it on the thumb drive under \EFI\BOOT\BOOTX64.EFI

You now have Linux.

Download a linux liveCD with efi support, extract it onto an empty USB stick
Then boot your PC from that

try to find a card reader, or an OTG cable. Are you sure the W10 installer can't detect any flash drives at all?

Basically, no. If you could make a bootable drive from your phone, you'd have a shot. But you can't even mount it since you don't have the otg cable, let alone make a live usb. Windows won't install to removable media. If you had an ethernet cable and the bios was able to pxe boot, you'd need something to serve your machine an OS image, and an image capable of being installed onto removable media. But regardless if you had such a server you wouldn't need to do anything like that since you could probably make a live usb from there.
TLDR: you have no options

Many have suggested live Linux. However, you can do Windows 7 Embedded on a USB device. Just ensure you check the USB stack option.
If you do decide to try it. Installing and copying files will be slow as fuck, but everything else should be gucci.
Make absolutely sure to properly shutdown and never, ever remove the USB while in use.
