Hello im having trouble getting a constant connection with a NETGEAR AC1200 wifi usb adapter i go from 11MBS to 8 KBS off and on is there anyway to fix this in device manager?

Well to be honest there isn't much you can do besides reinstalling/updating drivers or resetting adapter/router. 5ghz netgear adapters have always been flaky.
