I have a Corsair Carbide 200R which I bought at MicroCenter for $50 USD. The only downside is the HDD cage. I added an additional fan in front of it, but it's not sufficient for cooling 4 high capacity 7200 RPM HDD's. I had to move 2 HDD to the 5.25" bays and space out the two in the cage to keep them all from melting down.

Fractal Design 2500

A no bullshit case. It has great airflow and comes with two case fans. One fan (out of two) on my GPU stopped working but because the case is so well ventilated the card stays below 60C under load.

Fuck, ordered a Fractal case which doesn't have a space for an optical drive. How should I install windows now? Since when don't cases come with space for optical drives anymore, dvds or not that ancient are they?

just connect the drive outside of your case and once windows in finished installing, disconnect.
