Sandisk Sansa clip appreciation thread
Still have mine after 3 years. Best mp3 player I've ever owned. Hate how everything has to be on a smartphone nowadays.

had mine for 10 years before the battery lost useful capacity
I had my Clip+ not even a year before the battery crapped out, holds around 70% of its capacity after a full charge, it also will drain to 0% in no time at all. Clip+ is literally a meme, it's shit.

REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
Honestly the only thing that could make it better for me is a physical lock switch.
I will be sad when mine eventually dies. With Rockbox this thing is almost perfect.
I love these, but in my experience they aren't very durable. I've had two, and on each, the screen slowly stopped working after about a year.
I'm probably going to get another one, though, because they're just so good. It's everything I need and nothing else, it's compatible with everything, and it's a lot less of a pain in the ass than my phone.
Resume playback feature allows me to leave a podcast/audiobook, listen to other music for a week and then come back right where I left off, why don't I see this on any other platform?
