literally every advanced software that has keyboard bindings requires some kind of cheat sheet.
Or is this some gateway into how you think emacs is superior somehow?
Guys, if you have Linux distro list, post it.
bump for knowledge
I'm saving all of them! This shit is good.

I had more but lost in HD crash.
Anyone got the win10 telemetry guide?
>>58224568
this?
>>58223795
This cheat sheet needs a cheat sheet on how to read it.
>>58224649
I meant how to remove the telemetry in windows 10.
>>58224662
Oh yeah, here...
>>58224719
I kek'd.
But seriously, isn't there one?
I remember saving it a few months ago, but I can't find it in my ~10000 4chan pic folder.
>>58224748
>But seriously, isn't there one?
I don't know... I just view is as a Sisyphean struggle... No matter how many times you push the rock to the top, you are going to have to do it all over again whenever you need to update due to some security hole.

I'm eternally grateful, my friend. Thanks you very much.

>>58224955
It is real (if anyone googles what it says then they will find official sources), but just old. Microsoft got grief from it so they reworded it. Now they only indirectly say that by saying for example saying "If you are using credit cards in microsoft services, then it will be transfered and saved securely" because they just define windows 10 as a "microsoft service" so it means anytime you use credit cards anywhere on your computer.
>>58223916
Found it.

Thanks for this thread, OP!
These are really nice.
>>58224748
I read that most of the telemetry shit it coded into dll system files or something, so it's impossible to remove them.

This is wrong. Windows caches ram based on your total ram and virtual memory.
If you have like 2gb ram, you can go to <500 but if you have 8 or 16gb ram, your PC will idle at 1 - 1.2 gb and there is nothing you can do about it except reducing startup applications and closing background applications.

I've just started messing with vim for the first time, getting used to moving around and learning the commands etc.
How many of these commands do you actually need to know to become efficient with it? Right now it's a pain to move around I'd rather just use notepad++ but I'm a total noob. I guess you get better with time?
>>58230101
the cloud part is completly retarded and wrong
data is stored on hardware of a server, destroy the server = lose the data
>>58230814
Look at who made the chart and you know why they made the cloud last forever and ever. This is an ad
>>58229994
People say you need only 5% of the commands to be good with vim, as someone who just transitioned fully from atom to vim my suggestion is every time you open a file with vim, try to learn a new command or become more efficient by completing a task in 3 keystrokes instead of 10.

More like a butcher pulling/pushing the cow to the grinder would represent it better.
One CPU(butcher) would take more time bringing the cow to the grinder.
One CPU(Butcher) Would take less time if the cow was split in 4 but it would be harder to carry the 4 pieces even when it would be faster.
