The reason so many people took up computers as an interests is because they could explore their technology to an extent. When a game broke on your PC you had to google the solution yourself and immerse yourself into the filesystem to fix it. That shit doesnt happen for people born past 2010, most tablets and smartphones dont even have a file manager available.
