I have a EVGA 1070. It does well for basically any game. 1060 3GB is not reccomended but I guess it'll work on a budget or if you don't play new games.
Sandisk has a good cheap SSD if you're looking to get some more SSD space for cheap.
Otherwise it looks like a good build OP

This man is correct OP if you had spent the extra for the 6GB 1060 your total build would have been reasonably future proof, now with the 3GB you'll have to upgrade the GC in two to three years or sooner if you plan going over a 1080 display

And you could have easily cut the extra budget out of the MB with no performance loss
