Favourite lighter I had was two tightly wound copper coils, wired to a wall plug, glued to a board 1/3" apart with a striker that was a wire wound into a ball holding a small cotton wad dipped in rubbing alcohol. Just recieved my 11/11 sodering practice, and as I finished putting everything in place it just won't werk.
The thing is supposed to light up when sound is detected by the microphone, I have """sodered""" the things on and tried to connect a 3 AA batteries lining them up and putting wires on the sides. Neanderthal way at that.

Have had my xiaomeme air 12 for a couple of weeks now, here is my review
preinstalled with chinkware, had to do a factory reset of it
fresh reset had some xiaomeme software, uninstalled it
after updates the 128gb sata m.2 ssd is around ~98gb give or take. Came with an unregistered windows 10 pro key which then had to be purchased. Battery life is good, can generally get 10 hours of word processing (with screen brightness at 30%). Keyboard is quite nice with an actuation force of what feels like cherry mx browns or maybe a bit firmer due to it not being worn in. Screen is glass which causes a lot of reflections and needs to have an anti glare protector on it if you are using it anywhere remotely bright. Have noticed that for whatever reason that windows didn't automatically install the drivers for touchpad gestures and when downloading the driver from techtablets it refuses to install. The charge time from the usb c from 0% to 100% is around 2hours - 2hours30minutes but I would recommend a usb c hub that supports charging because 1 usb port just isn't enough. Touchpad is godly (this is coming from a toshiba chromebook 2). As far as I know the 2nd internal m.2 slot if for an nvme ssd, thinking of getting either a 128gb/256gb intel 600p just for a bit more flexibility in storage.

I finally got my Christmas present from GearBest: Ganzo Firebird F7563.
It's the latest model from Ganzo featuring an axis lock.
It's all black with green accents and blue anodized pivots. The thumb rest is checkered. On the blade is the Firebird logo, the model number, type of steel and 'Made by Ganzo'. There's no 'Made in China' on the blade which is present on the renders. I like the look, but you might find it too edgy with the green accents.
The clip is sturdy, but allows you to clip it onto your jeans. You can swap the position of the clip, but you cannot have it facing point up.
The blade is sharp enough to cut paper, but you have to apply some force. You cannot simply let the weight of the knife to the work for you. I don't think 440C steel is able to do that though.
The handle feels comfy. It's not too rough, but feels solid. The center of gravity is in front of the green accents. It has bronze bushings.
I used to carry a butterfly knife, but those are illegal for some reason. So now this'll be my EDC knife. I'm no knife expert, but I like it so far. It had to wiggle the blade for a minute or so to make it go smooth and apply the slightest amount of oil.
