Any suggestions for a new headset? Specifically one Best Buy sells?
I got 80$ in gift cards for Best Buy and I need a new headset, once again...
Every headset I buy ends up a bit faulty after a month or two, so I would like some recommendations.
Must haves:
-Bass support (My latest headset has this and, holy fucking shit it blew me away, feeling the vibration on the headset in a really intense moment is a must have for me now)
-Good mic quality
-Surround sound capabilities (Like what Razer has for their headsets)
-Comfortable (Doesn't leave my ears sore after wearing them for a while)
Must nots:
-Detachable mic
-Detachable dead cat
-Detachable anything
I've never used a wireless headset, but I'm getting kind of tired of wires with my headset as, most of the time, they prove to be the main issue. But if being wireless sacrifices sound/mic quality I don't want it.
I think I might be being a bit picky since, this is limited to Best Buy, and they aren't really known for their unlimited choices in products, but it's 80$ and I need a new headset
Forgot to mention, it doesn't need to be <=80$
Best Buy offers their replacement on headsets, get it and just swap out your broken one every time.

>every
I don't normally buy my headset from Best Buy, this is only an exception because of the gift cards.

Woops didn't mean to greentext
The HyperX Cloud II is the best I have ever had - and the steel band throughout will make it last longer.
Just so you know, any kind of 'surround sound' is simulated in the same way on headsets and if you're using it with a PC you can just install software to do it for you. It's not like having 10 speakers in each cup is going to make a difference about where you perceive the sound to be coming from, because sound direction perception is based on very slight differences in timing and volume that the same sound reaches each ear.

I'm aware, that's what I meant. Razer doesn't put extra speakers in their headphones, they have their own software that emulates it.

maybe its not a headset problem but a you problem
Anything with that feature set or price is shit, so I wouldn't be too picky. Save your money.
