Caviar Blue HDD's are shit, Caviar is WD's old naming scheme, and will fail significantly sooner than a regular WD Blue while costing the same price.

Mobo: micro atx is cheaper and it does what i need it to do
Ram: the h170 chipset mobo only supports ram speeds of 2133
Case: alright i could have gone with a smaller case, but i have room for it, and i like the aesthetic
WD Caviar Blue: i know its reliable and its normie
psu: this is my first build, i want good cable management
Keyboard/mouse; i know its crap, but i will be getting a mechanical keyboard eventually
Gpu: the 1060 preforms better in all games and games that dont use dx12, btw i dont want a stove in my pc

It's worth going 3200MHz for a few extra bucks on skylake platform, especially with cpu bound games. But I'm not sure non-z chipsets can XMP to that rate and he chose H170.
