Since my PC won't start up I was wondering if this could be due to the RAM since it hasn't arrived yet. I know you need RAM to get into the BIOS but my PC's light won't even turn on. Could this be related to the missing RAM?

RAM is always required. No computer from the last 30 years will boot without it.
