I give up /g/. after a year of trying out linux I give up. I've tried ubuntu, kubuntu, arch, manjaro and debian.
I can't do anything productive because whenever i try to do something like opencv or cuda programming it fucks something else up and I have to fix it. And fuck me right for trying to do something on linux because when I ask for help "nope that's not an official repo, you broke it" is the mentality.
It's over I can do everything I need to do in windows.
What's with the increase in Microsoft shills all of the sudden?

Personally i like xubuntu and debian but the windows experience is too good. I dont even game anymore but ive run into so many issues with linux, be it installation errors (especially encryption), wifi issues, drives not mounting, battery management, etc that i justdont get on windows. 8.1 master race

nice try pajeet
I've programmed both CUDA and opencv without issues.
Well, I had to enable features when compiling opencv but their website tells you how.
Just what trouble did you have, OP? Or is this just gratuitous whine?
