Yeah, you're right.

It was a buggy mess to start with. Issues everywhere and then some.
Updates made it better, it was almost great for a while. It even had almost iOS tier integration with Win 10 on the desktop.
Then it started going downhill again, and Microsoft even managed to remove a perfectly functional mostly bug-free feature in favor of not delivering on their promise to add it to Skype.
Now, in its current state, Windows (phone) 10 is an unstable piece of shit riddled with issues even on the flagship devices like the Lumia 950.

I want to like it, I really do. I did like it for a while, but now I'm considering buying a new phone not even a full year after getting my Lumia. For shame.

like most people here I used a live-wallpaper creator app called KLWP

you can start off by getting familiar with the interface of the app by using a preset and then changing around some stuff (like the fonts, colours, etc.). then you can start adding your own basic functions(the key part of this app)

(you don't need to watch every video here, but knowing the basic tools and functions beforehand can safe you a lot of time)

I have this old ass alcatel piece of shit with a 1300 mAh battery and 512 of ram that used to get 3 hours SoT and 10 standby on stock and CM12 with gapps, laggy as all fuck too, without them it lasts 5 on average and 2 days standby while the phone itself feels smooth, crazy how much battery and ram google services saps away.
