I'm still using my Thinkpad x201t, why would I want to replace it with something that could bend in half if I look at it funny?

I have an XPS 15. Amazing, but the fans turn on pretty often when I'm just running MPC. Unfortunately mine is afflicted with the issue where the battery becomes bloated and it raises up the trackpad :(

I bought one a few days ago on a dell sale. Got the XPS 13 with 256GB 8GB i5 7200u for about $880 with tax.

When I put my ear to the speaker I can hear electrical noise. I don't think its coil whine, apparently you can hear that really well from like 1-2ft away in a quiet room.

Other than that its a really great laptop.

oh ok, because they do have this common issue, but I get really obsessive about stuff like this. I do have actual diagnosed OCD.
