Anyone have a good guide for installing arch? XFCE would be preferred.

In that case install manjaro. You are not ready for vanilla Arch
It's really really simple any guide will work as long as you actually read it. I install it from another full Linux distros though so I have a full gui to work from.
just use arch-anywhere

1. Install Arch
2. Realize that it's a waste of time
3. Install Xubuntu
4. It werks
You can skip the first two steps

Actually I'm running xubuntu right now and it's super comfy. I just want to try most major distros before I settle.
