How did you get BTFO by this code monkey kid who now works at facebook?

Go eat some pigeons, perucha.
>>
>>58154569
How is he a code monkey? He was able to successfully create an enjoyable experience for millions of people.

>Zucc's eyes
Absolutely no soul left, lads
>>
>>58154569
He is prime beta cuck material. He will be left ruined by the woman that sinks her claws into him. Zuckerberg must teach him the way of the faithful gook, or he is done.
>>
>>58155279
Did you watch the video? It says he learned to code by googling the steps.
>>
>Thinking working at Facebook is desirable or takes much skill
>Thinking coding is hard
I don't actually see your point
>>
>>58156169
>Thinking any coder who applies to Facebook automatically gets hired for 6-figure salaries + options
>Thinking engineering the infrastructure behind a company/service with over 1 billion daily active users is easy
>
>>
>>58156320
It's more like the average developer is complete garbage than it being actually hard.
As a software engineer myself it's quite evident I was too dumb for the actually hard branches of science.
>>
>>58156366
>actually hard branches of science
That make no money unless you're a rockstar tenured professor at MIT. I'd say you're fine.
>>
>>58156504
Yeah. Still doing something a bit more relevant would have been nice.
Maybe I'll switch from commercial garbage to AI or aerospace one of these days.
>>
>>58156320
lol can confirm that this is closer to true than you think

/g/ has been PROGRAMMING SOFTWARES in their parents' BASEMENT

That facebook codemonkey job was only 3 words away, do you regret it?
>>
Good for him. Doing better than most of the autists here.

>The Labor Department reports that software developers made a median salary of $95,510 in 2014

This average includes all the H1B graduate pajeets working fulltime jobs at student salaries.
If you don't make 6 figures+ in the US, you're either being ripped off, underselling yourself or terrible at your job.
