Does all protocols use ports?
Anything below transport layer doesn't have ports and everything above is built on top of specific port, is that right?

The port is the physical connection in the device. This is used by the data link layer.
Also the nework layer has ports, not the transpot layer.

Yes. For example, PING doesn't have any port. That's why you can't ping a port.

ICMP son, get the technical term right. And depending on the ICMP code there will be a next hop IP, where the original packet was trying to get sent, which will contain the IP header of the bounced message.

Not necessarily. Protocols at any level can implement ports if they wish.
