yes there are afternarket coolers but they're maybe not the first solution to try
go to your local bestbuy or microcentre or fry's or whatever and get some TIM/thermal compound
remove the cooler(s), clean the dust/debris, replace the stock compound, see if that helps
that's a 5$ solution

if that doesn't help, then google Arctic Accelero and see what they offer
don't spend more than 40$ per video card, it's not worth it for low end cards like the 760

1. Speccy is not a temperature monitoring program. Shit it's not even good at what it's designed for and shouldn't be used for anything other than posting in Speccy threads
2. It's very unlikely that the cause of your crashing is heat. GPUs and CPUs will simply throttle once they get too hot.
