Cook is not a innovator but a businessman, focuses in profit and only short-term profit, management is split in 4 persons, merged iOS and macOS teams resulting in lack of focus and giving priority to iOS devices, fired Forstall who was one of the best minds in Apple, gave too much power to Ive in things that doesn't pertain him (software), pursuit of stupid markets (wearable and fashion), without jobs they've lost the ability to create new markets and arrive late to many existing ones (cloud, streaming, etc), have been infected by "diversity" and aren't meritocracy-driven anymore and a lot of stuff going on.

Apple needs to replace Cook, the problem is that nobody could replace Jobs after they fired Forstall.
