Look for yourself. He had to enlarge the top portion to fit the top screen in the build.

Clamshell cases, an rpi do not make.

Apparntly zeros fit nice in original GBA cases and Gameboys... especially gameboys, being nice and roomy.

You could do it with an orangepi much easier as they offer boards with far smaller dimensions
