I looked in to it last night on a /pol/ thread. The site (polldaddy) they use for the poll has the option to prevent multiple votes either by cookie, or cookie + ip address. Considering the results of the poll arent public, i'm not motivated to waste time to see if it is configured as cookie + ip address. Plus this is just retarded in general because without public poll results, whoever owns it will just say Milo or some other fag is the fag of the year regardless of who actually wins. Spamming this on /b/ and /pol/ is really your best bet.
