Just need some help. I have about $300 to upgrade my Asus GTX

For 1080p that would be a dream machine.
However i also suggest looking into a 4gb rx 480.
Which would be smooth as silk 1080p, but if you ever intend to move up to 1440p or higher, then definitely get the 8gb version

Id say your card can still hold its own. Even a 750ti is still a pretty solid medium/1080p card today
