As a Russian I do not understand STEM.
Is it a number of degrees or it is exactly a degree with "STEM" in your diploma?
Or any mathematician, physicist or computer scientist considered STEM?

It's just an umbrella term for any major that falls into Science Technology Engineering Mathematics. It's more or less a way to distinguish if you're studying humanities(history, language, etc) or science
