I had several girls and boys in my highschool class (2002-3), I was able to watch one of them on his webcam.

After that I had hundreds of girls, mostly from the 'elite' schools in Melbourne, Australia - like MGGS.

My favourite was just a simple keylog app called SC-Keylog, which would email me reports, they were easy to scan through and gather passwords and things.
