Download Visual Studio 2015 Community Edition (It is Free)
Install Visual Studio 2015 Community Edition
Create a project in c#
Minimize and look for videos on YouTube on how to program in C#
If that is too much, go to university or to a vocational school.
Start with learning logic gates and how you could implement them in hardware, Minecraft will help in this regard. Then move onto making an adder. Once you've mastered this, you can safely learn machine language. After you've gotten that out of the way, you can learn assembly and how assemblers work (at a high level, of course). Then, you can move onto languages like C and learn how compilers translate to machine code. Once you've gone full circle, you'll know everything there is to know about programming. This is practically the best way to learn programming.
